IY Design is an architectural design company based in Toronto that specializes in creating professional 2D & 3D real estate floor plans and providing as-built measuring services using the latest technology in the industry. We also specialize in converting single family homes into duplexes, triplexes, and multi-family homes for real estate investors. Our mission is to provide a transparent, accessible and efficient approach to the Architecture, Construction and Real Estate industries.

We put lots of love and careful though into the design process creating special strategy to exceed clients' expectations. We help clients with almost anything related to floor plans: measuring existing spaces, laying out furniture, creating beautiful marketing plans, and working with Revit and CAD files.
